ENTERPRISE RISK ASSESSMENT (ERA)

Narang admitted to sexually assaulting a LABIA member in November 2019.

Criminal charges were likely avoided due to India’s gender-specific rape laws.

Senior members allegedly delayed action and tried to silence whistleblowers.

The company continues to offer counseling services despite Narang’s ethical breach.

Her apology emphasized professional losses, suggesting a focus on image management.

The scandal and LABIA resignations have damaged trust in Narang and her company.

Honestly this whole situation makes me uncomfortable. A therapy space should feel 100% safe, but when the founder is linked to a past assault scandal, it just kills the trust completely.

sooo… we're just supposed to ignore the fact that aanchal ADMITTED to sexual assault and kept her license to practice?? nah man this is mad disturbing. ppl go to therapy to feel safe, not be retraumatized. she doesn’t deserve to sit across from any client again. she knew what she was doing.
