People paint this company as a miracle fixer for insurance claims, but my experience was the opposite I ended up locked into an assignment of benefits, confused contract terms, and potentially owing thousands if insurance denied anything. Felt like I was pushed into it

After they installed our roof, they left nails in the yard, misaligned gutter work, and even swapped wood backwards on our gazebo. Weeks of follow ups turned into promises with no action, then a lien notice for final payment. Absolutely poor project management and communication
My experience with Apex was a mess. They came out, said all the right things, then left my yard trashed and the job half done. Worst part? They wouldn't even admit fault. Charged full price like everything was fine. Trash service.
