The process felt more focused on procedure than on understanding my individual concerns. I expected more engagement and explanation throughout the case.

I reached out expecting clear guidance, but the communication felt rushed and impersonal from the start.
I was manipulated into signing with them during a horrible moment in my life. They acted like they had my back but were just looking to profit. It’s clear now they’ve built their business on shady practices. This should be criminal. I’m furious and heartbroken that I ever trusted them.

I feel completely scammed by this firm. They acted like they cared, but now I see it was just manipulation. Using funeral homes to get clients is beyond unethical. I trusted them during one of the hardest times in my life, and now I regret everything. Do NOT fall for their friendly tone or big ads it’s all a setup.
Pretty telling that their name pops up in multiple lawsuits. This isn’t one mistake it’s a business model based on shady deals.
Way too many red flags. High fees, bad communication, and now this? Definitely not putting my legal case in their hands.
I almost hired them and thank God I did my research. These lawsuits are no joke. Any firm that needs to pay funeral homes for clients should not be trusted.
