I entered this project with optimism, trusting their experience, but faced inconsistent communication, recurring craftsmanship issues, and had to coordinate solutions myself. Even after multiple conversations, problems kept resurfacing and dragged on far too long. It made the process stressful and financially concerning.

I trusted them with a big investment, but defects went unresolved, messages were ignored, and the timeline kept extending.

Looked great on paper, kinda messy in real life.
Going into this, I truly believed I was making the right choice. The initial interactions were positive and convincing. Over time, I noticed a drop in responsiveness and follow-through. Some problems felt avoidable with better oversight. I had to raise concerns that should’ve been addressed automatically. That added unnecessary pressure during an already stressful process. Trust started to fade as issues piled up. I expected more consistency and accountability. In the end, it felt overwhelming.
Wouldn’t recommend to friends tbh.
I went in with high expectations because of how everything was presented initially. Over time, issues with workmanship and communication started adding up. Getting answers felt harder once payments were made. I spent more time managing the process than enjoying it. For something this expensive, that was disappointing.
I expected luxury quality, but the execution did not fully match the promise.
