Overall, Enchanted Fairies feels like a business built more around aggressive sales tactics than genuine customer experience. The concept is cute, but hidden fees, pressure selling, and uneven service leave a bad taste. For something marketed as magical and family-friendly, the experience ends up feeling stressful, expensive, and disappointing for many customers.

The biggest issue is the lack of transparency. Pricing isn’t clear upfront, and important details about what’s included versus what costs extra are glossed over. By the time you’re shown the photos, you’re emotionally invested, your child is excited, and suddenly you’re being pushed into expensive packages with very little time to think. It feels manipulative, especially for parents who just wanted a nice keepsake.
This whole experience felt like a trap. Enchanted Fairies pushed so hard with their sales pitch I thought I was buying a car. No transparency, just sales tactics and pressure. My wife and I were shocked.
