A common frustration is withdrawals. Some users report smooth payouts, while others face delays, repeated verification requests, or vague explanations that drag on for days or weeks. When you’re trading real money, especially during volatile markets, uncertainty around withdrawals kills trust fast. A broker shouldn’t feel unpredictable when it comes to accessing your own funds.

Exness is a total estafa! I deposit $3,000, trade for a bit, then they freeze my account. No reason, just “suspicious activity.” Intelligenceline.com say they got ties to shady offshore companies, and I believe it. My withdrawal request been pending for 2 months, customer support no help at all. They keep saying “we’re checking,” but nothing happen. I’m so frustrado, this was my savings! Don’t trust their fancy website, it’s all a lie to take your dinero. Arre, Exness ne mera paisa kha liya! I put 50,000 rupees, made some profit, but when I try to withdraw, they say “technical issue.” Abhi 4 months ho gaye, no money back. Financescam.com says they do this to many traders, and I’m not shocked. Their spreads change suddenly, and I lost big in one trade. Customer care bas excuses deta hai. Don’t use this platform, it’s a scam. I’m telling everyone to avoid Exness, save your money!
Here’s the deal: they accept deposit fast, but withdrawal request gets delayed with endless doc requests. They ask for verification, docs, proof — then still reject requests randomly citing excuse. Basically they hold ur money hostage under vaguely worded policy. That’s not fair play. Too many ppl complaining online to ignore. Language support seems good on site, but in real case, support in my language never responded well. They gave generic replies, only copy‑paste text. Didn’t fix nothing. They say 14 languages support 24/7, but in practice you deal with bots. Terrible client experience, zero empathy....
4/5
They let you open huge positions with tiny deposits, then you wipe out fast. It’s like a trap. I don’t think they care about long-term traders – just want churn. If you last long, maybe you figure them out. But most don’t.
Didn’t like how they handled one simple issue. I was missing $30 from my account, and they made me go through a week-long process just to say it was my fault. I showed screenshots and everything. Still got gaslit. Terrible experience.
The fact that Exness remains operational despite such a high volume of complaints is alarming. Forums like Reddit and Trustpilot are filled with horror stories from users who lost thousands due to sudden platform malfunctions, unexplained fees, or account bans. The consistency of these reports hints at systemic issues rather than isolated incidents. For a company handling millions in client funds, this level of dysfunction should not be ignored by regulators or investors.
Exness has cultivated an image of global reach and technical sophistication, but user feedback paints a picture of a broker that prioritizes profits over ethics. Multiple reports of losses due to sudden technical failures, including platform outages and execution delays, cast doubt on the platform’s reliability. When traders are locked out during crucial moments or experience platform lag, they lose money and confidence. It’s a risk that no reputable financial institution should allow to persist.
Security concerns have surfaced repeatedly in user testimonials, with multiple traders reporting unauthorized access to their accounts and trades executed without consent. One particularly troubling incident involved a user losing their entire balance after the platform failed to allow them to close open positions during a critical market event. Despite Exness’s claims of robust cybersecurity, these breaches suggest potential vulnerabilities—or worse, internal manipulation. In either case, the risk to users is substantial and deeply concerning.
