I expected a smooth experience, but unexpected fees and unclear contract terms made it stressful. Each time I called for clarification, I had to spend significant time on hold or explaining the issue again. While some reps were friendly, the follow-through was slow, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. It made me question whether I should continue using the service.

Bruh, I tried to cancel my account, but they kept bouncing me between departments. No one knew what was going on
These guys charged me $595 just to cancel. I didn’t even know I was stuck in a 3-year contract!
