I was promised straightforward billing, but the actual charges were inconsistent and confusing.

I expected a smooth experience, but unexpected fees and unclear contract terms made it stressful. Each time I called for clarification, I had to spend significant time on hold or explaining the issue again. While some reps were friendly, the follow-through was slow, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. It made me question whether I should continue using the service.

They make it nearly impossible to cancel your account. You have to give 90 days' written notice, and even then, they find ways to keep charging you. It's like they're holding your business hostage

I worked there for a while, and let me tell you, the management is a joke. They overwork employees and pay peanuts while the higher-ups do nothing all day
