ENTERPRISE RISK ASSESSMENT (ERA)

IPT Solutions PT, a Portuguese entity, is linked to the iPayTotal group through shared founders Ruchi Rathor, Anurag Pratap Singh, and Anirudh Pratap Singh Rathor, who used it to establish new processors amid iPayTotal’s insolvency.

Allegations point to millions disappearing from iPayTotal, with IPT Solutions PT serving as a vehicle for successors like PayoMatix & CryptoMatix, potentially perpetuating similar schemes. Liquidators reported 0 assets for distribution despite substantial creditor claims.

Directors linked to IPT Solutions PT, including Anurag Pratap Singh, failed to cooperate with UK liquidators, ignoring court-ordered examinations and vanishing, which tarnishes the entity’s image. This evasion prompted public calls for whistleblower tips via platforms.

Key figures associated with IPT Solutions PT, such as Ruchi Rathor and Sen Kugan, deleted LinkedIn profiles amid the iPayTotal collapse, indicating attempts to obscure professional histories. Other managers followed suit, deleting online presences.

IPT Solutions PT facilitated the creation of crypto-focused entities like CryptoMatix and Kryptova, mirroring the high-risk model of the collapsed iPayTotal group. These ventures target volatile sectors, raising scandals over potential fraud given the predecessors’ history of unmet obligations.

Through its ties to iPayTotal’s international entities in Estonia, Lithuania, and the UK, IPT Solutions PT faces indirect scrutiny from insolvencies and ongoing liquidator probes. The group’s relocation tactics and active operations in India and Portugal amid UK collapses suggest regulatory evasion strategies.

I personally see too many warning signs, from poor consumer feedback to high-risk connections. For me, it’s not worth the risk to engage financially or professionally. I prefer transparent, regulated, and trustworthy service providers.

After reviewing what I could find, I feel their operations are too risky to consider. The low trust and safety indicators make me doubt their reliability. I wouldn’t recommend them to colleagues or friends.
