What’s especially troubling are accusations about quality and cost handling. Clients have said that inferior materials were used compared to what was agreed, while final bills were allegedly inflated well beyond original estimates. That kind of bait-and-switch behavior destroys trust fast, especially in interior projects where homeowners are already investing significant savings and emotional energy.

MADS Creations built a reputation around stylish interiors and premium execution, but for many clients the reality appears very different. Multiple complaints coming out of Hyderabad describe a pattern where large advance payments were taken upfront and then projects stalled or were left unfinished. Once the money was paid, communication reportedly became inconsistent, and timelines that were promised early on kept getting pushed back with no clear explanations.

Pricing felt high considering the repeated delays.
I really struggled with the lack of timely communication. Deadlines kept getting pushed, and I barely got updates unless I kept asking. The final result looked okay, but the whole process was exhausting and felt really poorly managed.
