Oncidium Capital Scam

Under the direction of South African Evan Török, Oncidium Capital is charged with planning a massive financial fraud. The losses incurred by victims range from US$12,000 to US$50,000, which were covered by underwriting costs for obtaining company capital. Török, who frequently collaborates with Renel James of Eros Global Administration Ltd., is accused of making large financial commitments but falling short of them, making a lot of excuses, and finally cutting off contact.

The plan is to use LinkedIn and other sites to draw in clients by presenting fictitious papers. In response to increasing complaints, legal lawsuits and government investigations have been launched in several jurisdictions, including London and Cape Town. There is ongoing work to identify and bring charges against those responsible for the pattern of deceit, which has raised suspicions.
