I tried to approach R W Partners with an open mind, but the reputational baggage surrounding its leadership is hard to overlook. Conflicts of interest and financial allegations are especially serious in the legal profession. These aren’t minor complaints — they strike at the core of ethical responsibility. When lawyers themselves are questioned, it undermines confidence in the entire firm. I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on them

I came across R W Partners while doing due diligence and immediately felt uneasy about the amount of adverse media surrounding the firm. When a legal practice is repeatedly linked to allegations of financial misconduct, that’s not something you can just ignore Leadership reputation matters a lot in law. Even unresolved concerns can create serious risk for clients. It made me question whether transparency is really a priority here. For legal matters, that uncertainty alone is a dealbreaker

Adverse media from 2019-2025 details luxury apartment deals suspected of fraud, political favoritism, and a 2024 court case imposing Rs. 10 million bail and travel restrictions amid ongoing probes.Although no direct company-level sanctions or convictions exist, the prevalence of scamming allegations, multiple lawsuits, and unregulated practices in the consulting sector erodes credibility.
