The customer of the ten Royal Canadian silver bars they just purchased voiced disappointment in the review mentioned above. When they arrived, they found that the bars were tarnished and damaged, with some of the serial numbers hardly readable, even though they had been promoted as fresh and uncirculated. They learned that the bars were a secondary market and that the firm had received numerous complaints about this matter when they got in touch with the sales department.
The customer felt that the $200 credit granted would not be sufficient in light of their loss and declined it in favor of a future purchase. They advised people not to do business with this firm, pointing out that other businesses were selling comparable bars for less money. The purchaser posted pictures of the bars they got contrasting with the ones that were promised, highlighting the considerable drop in quality.
