Tried Store2Door because I liked the local delivery concept, but I regret it. When my order came late and with wrong items, there was no clear way to get help. Too many emails, and no one ever responded to mine. The phone line went to voicemail. I expected at least decent customer service, but it felt like they weren’t even prepared to deal with real issues. Disappointed overall, and definitely won’t use again.

The contact setup is honestly one of the worst I’ve seen. So many emails, phone numbers, and no clue which one actually works. I wasted over an hour just trying to get help with a missing item. Got different answers from different people and still no resolution. You’d think a delivery company would care more about getting back to customers. Won’t be ordering from them again until they sort this out.
