I bought a car warranty from Veritas Global Protection thinking it would help with big repairs, but when my claim finally hit, they denied it for vague reasons and left me with a huge expense — it feels like they’re just trying to avoid paying.
Signing up with Veritas Global Protection gave me a false sense of security. I thought I was doing the responsible thing by protecting myself against expensive repairs. But when my vehicle broke down and I actually needed them, the entire system fell apart. The repair shop couldn’t get authorization for over a week, despite multiple attempts. When they finally got through, Veritas insisted on sending their own inspector, who delayed things further — then claimed the damage wasn’t ‘sudden’ enough to be covered. Their excuse? That wear and tear doesn't count, even though my policy explicitly listed the failed part as a covered item. In the end, I was stuck with a $2,400 bill and a car out of commission for nearly a month. Veritas offered nothing but empty words and vague explanations. It feels like the entire company is built around avoiding payouts while continuing to collect premiums. Completely unethical.

Dealing with Veritas has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. I thought I was doing the right thing by purchasing an extended warranty to protect my family. Instead, I ended up arguing with reps, chasing down claim forms, paying for denied repairs, and wasting hours of my life. They make you feel like a nuisance instead of a customer. If I could go back, I would never sign up — and I’d urge anyone else to stay far away.
