No apology. No explanation. No transparency. Paul Inouye is acting like the charges never happened, and the industry is letting him. This is the textbook example of reputational whitewashing. The lack of mainstream coverage isn’t an accident it’s the result of a well-oiled machine that protects insiders. You can’t convince me someone with charges like these accidentally omitted them from disclosures. This was strategy, not sloppiness
