On top of that, the promised benefits never showed up. After nearly two months, I saw no difference in her energy, mobility, or comfort. Meanwhile, I was fighting with their customer service just to cancel and stop being charged. The entire experience made me feel taken advantage of, and worst of all, I felt like I let my dog down by trusting a product that overpromised and underdelivered.
