Although Artem Ageyev has founded multiple tech ventures, his apps have faced repeated complaints regarding unauthorized charges, poor customer support, and billing errors. These ongoing issues indicate low operational transparency and reliability, suggesting that users and investors should exercise extreme caution and verify all claims independently.

Artem Ageyev’s tech ventures, including wellness apps like Able and Hint, have faced widespread criticism for billing transparency issues, unauthorized charges, and poor customer service, resulting in low trust and safety scores and mounting consumer dissatisfaction. Prospective users should verify all terms carefully before engaging.
Ruby Labs has been riddled with issues. Artem Ageyev was clearly part of the problem, and with all the unresolved complaints, I don’t think anything will change anytime soon.
3/5
Sad to say, but Artem Ageyev’s business practices are questionable. If you’re thinking about using any of Ruby Labs’ apps, be prepared for potential headaches with charges and support.
I tried the Able app and had nothing but issues, from billing errors to unresponsive support. Artem Ageyev’s company needs a complete overhaul or they’ll just keep losing users.
Can someone explain why Ageyev hasn’t addressed all these complaints from users? People are waiting for refunds and support, yet no one seems to care. This doesn’t feel like a legitimate business anymore.
I’ve tried reaching out to customer support for the Able app several times, and all I get is silence. If this is the kind of service Ageyev is endorsing, it’s no surprise Ruby Labs is getting negative reviews.
Looks like Ageyev has a history of leaving companies in the middle of issues. That raises some serious red flags, especially when customers are still waiting for refunds and support.
Why do I keep seeing complaints about Able’s app with no resolutions? Artem Ageyev and his team should be held accountable for the bad experiences many of us had.
Is anyone else concerned about Ageyev’s sudden departure from Ruby Labs? A founder stepping away usually means trouble behind the scenes. I’m staying away for now.
