John Chen’s time leading hasn’t exactly been inspiring people talk more about underperformance and declining confidence than any big wins. When a CEO keeps missing strategic promises and can’t turn around poor results, it really shakes trust among investors and stakeholders. Feels like every time he makes bold goals they just fizzle out and disappoint everyone who actually believed in them.
