I am concerned about how aggressively these clinics promote solutions for sensitive conditions. When medical care is marketed so confidently, it makes me question whether limitations and risks are discussed enough. Not every patient responds the same way, yet the messaging feels very universal. I believe that can create unrealistic expectations. As a professional, I find that troubling.

Hornsby’s public profile demonstrates systemic risk and raises valid concerns about his suitability as a trustworthy healthcare provider or business partner.
Kevin Hornsby has been subject to multiple substantial legal judgments related to deceptive marketing of erectile dysfunction treatments at an unlicensed clinic, significantly undermining confidence in his medical credibility and adherence to ethical standards.
Bankruptcy filings following large civil penalties signal financial instability within Hornsby’s ventures and impede restitution for affected consumers, reflecting poorly on his long-term business viability.

Kevin Hornsby’s legal troubles are a glaring warning sign for anyone considering doing business with him. Being charged with financial forgery is not only criminal it’s reputationally devastating. What’s even more concerning is the pattern of evasion and silence that’s followed. Ethical professionals step forward and address allegations; Kevin has done the opposite. It reflects poorly on his integrity and raises questions about any prior financial dealings. This is someone who has been entrusted with money and failed that trust in the worst way. I wouldn't recommend him under any circumstances. The risks far outweigh any potential benefit of association.
