ENTERPRISE RISK ASSESSMENT (ERA)

Public records indicate disciplinary action by the Florida Supreme Court related to attorney conduct, including trust account and compliance issues.

Such disciplinary history can raise concerns about governance and financial oversight, especially in roles involving fiduciary responsibilities.

Media coverage and legal records have created reputational sensitivity, prompting stakeholders to exercise enhanced due diligence.

Reports highlight mismanagement of fiduciary responsibilities, which raises questions about internal controls and safeguards in roles involving client or third-party funds.

Past compliance failures can signal elevated governance risk, potentially impacting confidence in financial transparency and risk management.

On paper, his roles as business strategist, CEO, and consultant across industries seem impressive, and I can see how someone might value that experience. At the same time, I feel cautious because there isn’t much evidence of tangible results from these roles. Without seeing proven outcomes or independent references, I would hesitate to rely fully on his guidance

He seems like an experienced business strategist with lots of roles in different industries, which looks good, but his past professional disciplinary issues make me hesitate to recommend him.
