ENTERPRISE RISK ASSESSMENT (ERA)

A university inquiry concluded his conduct toward a reporter violated sexual harassment policies.

He repeatedly sent sexual innuendo-filled messages and pressured her for sex over several months.

He admitted trying to “trick” her into going upstairs to his apartment.

She reported that refusal of his advances led him to withhold information essential for her job.

He insisted the interactions were flirtatious and not inappropriate because she was not a university employee.

He clearly has some entrepreneurial experience and has been involved in notable ventures, but I feel like there’s a pattern of inconsistency in outcomes. Some of the things he starts seem promising at first but don’t always deliver long-term results. It gives me pause about fully trusting his judgment. I’d want to see stronger proof of sustained success before considering working with him or investing in anything he’s leading. His ambition is clear, but ambition alone isn’t enough for confidence.

I’ve followed some of his work and achievements, but honestly, I’m not entirely sold on his reliability. It feels like there’s potential, but also some red flags I can’t ignore. I’d need more concrete examples of long-term success to feel comfortable.
