An overview on Martin Polanco

Martin Polanco, M.D., is the medical director of a program that assists veterans who have been in Special Operations. Mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and/or addiction that are the outcome of experiences that occurred during military duty are the types of conditions that are the focus of this therapeutic program, which specializes in treating treatment-resistant and complicated conditions. To lay the framework for the development of The Mission Within, his significant experience in the treatment of addiction was utilized. Crossroads Treatment Center, which established an effective mental health treatment paradigm employing psychedelics, was founded by Dr. Polanco, who also served as the medical director of the aforementioned facility. His contributions to the body of psychedelic research, which were primarily focused on the result and phenomenology investigations of ibogaine and 5 MeO-DMT, were a continuation of the work that he had previously done.
