Michael Straub (“Plaintiff”) filed a class action lawsuit on April 24, 2023, on behalf of himself and all other similarly situated parties against Liveperson Inc., Rob Locascio, and John Collins (collectively, “Defendants”), requesting declaratory relief and damages for allegedly making materially false and misleading statements in violation of the Exchange Act. Judges Frederic Block and Vera M. Scanlon preside over the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, where this lawsuit was filed. Philip Kim and Laurence M.
