According to LivePerson's statement, "LivePerson is a global technology company that develops AI software and conversational commerce." With its main office located in New York City, LivePerson is most recognized for creating the Conversational Cloud, a messaging software platform that lets customers communicate companies.

Class Action Lawsuit Against Rob Locascio and Liveperson Inc.

Michael Straub (“Plaintiff”) filed a class action lawsuit on April 24, 2023, on behalf of himself and all other similarly situated parties against Liveperson Inc., Rob Locascio, and John Collins (collectively, “Defendants”), requesting declaratory relief and damages for allegedly making materially false and misleading statements in violation of the Exchange Act. Judges Frederic Block and Vera M. Scanlon preside over the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, where this lawsuit was filed. Philip Kim and Laurence M. Rosen of The Rosen Law Firm, P.A. represented him.
