    LOOK, THIS IS A SCAM! I never joined up for any other services, but my bank account was charged without authorization when I used my Bright Money Membership. I have made five attempts to get in touch with assistance, but I have not heard back. Every time I contact the helpline, the operator answers and says that they are busy, then hangs up. I haven’t heard back from the company for quite some time. NEVER TAKE ACTION WITH BRIGHT MONEY!

    It took money out of your account, which aroused my curiosity about the application. I tried to cancel my membership, but no one answered; no one has explained why it is acting in this way. Despite my inquiry, I have not heard back regarding my payment refund. Employee email responses are sluggish due to the bots, which are awful automated services. All I want is for my subscription to be canceled and my money to be returned.

    I’m attempting to get in touch with someone who had 88.92 debited for a membership that I had no idea existed or was being charged for. Not every phone number works. incredibly let down. Both favorable and negative reviews have been read by me. Since I’ve been tricked, I’d probably give this a go.

    The information that was presented by the app was not clear to me. That being said, Sylvia’s help during live chat enabled me to successfully close my account. A variety of payment options, rather than only bank transfers, would have been helpful.

    Three months’ worth of service was charged. I am awaiting a reimbursement after canceling my membership. I was informed by Sylvia that it would require three to five business days. I hope she fulfills my request. Thus far, Sylvia has been outstanding.

    My account was emptied of $88 in total. I had no idea this was going to happen, but I was charged. It appeared that the purpose of this program was to help users pay off their credit card debt. You’re getting more credit from them. It is feasible to use the money to buy credit or to buy my family meals. It’s an outright scam.

    Just before midnight, I called support. My connection to Kevin took a minute. After several questions and identity verification, Kevin helped me fix my account. Very nice and knowledgeable, he was fast, helpful, and efficient! Call Bright Money Support!

    Kayla and I had a conversation. If Kayla is an AI, then she is the most understanding and flawless AI there is. She was competent in assisting me in understanding the services. It was so good to speak with a genuine person. I’m thrilled with the adventure I’m on. Thanks to our chat, I was able to make my high-qua happy.

    We decided to learn more by looking into this company. Today, they took $88.92 from me. In no way did I authorize this. I tried emailing, chatting, and calling, but nobody answered.

    This scam is constructive! It is difficult to contact someone via phone, email, or chat. Bright continued to charge me even after I had to terminate my membership. The $3 penalty was reported by the corporation to credit reporting bureaus, indicating that I had been late for 30 days! My credit score dropped significantly even though I have a stellar payment history. I have appealed to every credit agency. Nevertheless, nobody at Bright Money Co. has responded to me. Regarding its services, the business makes exaggerated claims. Customers cannot get live service for twenty-four hours a day. I downgraded (canceled) my account three months ago, but Bright keeps it open for an additional three months. I would like to speak with a representative of the company as soon as possible about the problems I’m having. I would strongly advise against working with Bright.

    I got charged and got in touch with Brightmoney. They never give me a callback and are very slow to respond. The promised money refund has not been sent to me. They promised to pay my bill in an email, which I have proof of. I intend to file a lawsuit against this business now. Don’t cooperate with this business. This is not a wise business venture.

    After I chose not to enroll, Hazel helped me cancel. She assisted and made it easy. Bright would be fantastic, but I wanted an individual loan and was provided with an option that didn’t fit. I liked the person, however, I felt the company misrepresented themselves.

    I’ve met a few customer service representatives from your firm, and Zoe is the most effective and kind one yet. When I need help, I want to be able to call on Zoe! I was starting to lose faith in your company, but Zoe quickly resolved my issues.

    I canceled my membership and moved to a seemingly free plan. I was surprised to see Bright had deducted tiny amounts from my bank account three times. When I called customer support, Sara said she had terminated my membership and would return the money as soon as possible. I also set up a stop payment to prevent further debits. I hope this issue is resolved quickly and I get a refund.

    Their company is careless. This company should be avoided; they are con artists. You’ll be charged an annual fee as their first action. When I wait for my annuity to return, they tell me it will appear in my account in three to five days, but that never happens. You won’t get any help, the technical support chat feature is unavailable, the phone never rings, and they only reply via emails, sometimes taking up to a month to process. When the case is eventually closed successfully, they receive an email informing them that they will likely turn it in.

    THIS IS A MYTH. Your credit score doesn’t increase and you aren’t eligible for an advance bonus because they take the annual/semi-annual fee out of your account but don’t make any post-event credit-building payments.

    Since others claim to have never done the same thing, I can write a review as soon as I get my money. I see a common response from all reviews every time I check. Emily performed very well. But let’s wait and see; I’ll update my review accordingly.

    A few days ago, I was browsing potential membership options. Until I recently reviewed my bank account transactions, I had no idea that I had unintentionally selected the yearly $88.92 payment! Emily helped me over the phone with customer service. Emily was really helpful and kind. She also possessed a great deal of knowledge! Her not insisting that I not cancel pleases me much.
