    We got an excellent offer from the courteous salesperson, however we have specific delivery constraints because we live in a condo. Despite all of my organizing and planning, the birth was tense and took longer than expected. They also needed to test and put in. When I questioned, they said everything was operating as it should. However, when I went to use the dryer a few days later, it was broken, the email I received regarding the delivery schedule was unsatisfactory, and when I called to report the broken machine, no one picked up.

    We have heard from friends about the store’s inventory and variety. We chose to try the store since, as is usually the case, the pricing was comparable and we could get what we were searching for without having to wait a long time for the appliances.

    Overall, we were happy; however, I only learned that some consumers had also benefited from free delivery after the transaction was completed. There was no cost to us for it. I’m sure that was part of the deal, but it shouldn’t have to be. I found out that free delivery is part of the deal after getting in touch with another business.

    My purchase of a stove broke down when I got it home, and the shop refused to offer me a refund. Now, I’m in the middle of a month-long battle via phone calls and emails to get my money back and have someone come pick up the stove! Purchasing goods from this store is not advised! There’s absolutely no responsibility! It has been annoying, what a mess.

    Recently, Canadian Appliance Source sold me a Samsung range. When I saw that I could save an extra $500 over the lowest price provided by any other vendor, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it took me an hour and a half to drive there, I thought the excursion was worthwhile. I’m a happy client now, and I plan to buy appliances from Canadian Appliance Source in the future. I want to thank the Canadian Appliance Source team from the bottom of my heart for their wonderful service.

    A sale occurred. Not all of the necessary expenses or services, nevertheless, were made explicit. For instance, the refrigerator we purchased was not installed or set up with the protective covers off. This was not included in the buying price and came at an extra cost.

    Almost two weeks have passed since I bought the goods. The technician that LG provided said that the product isn’t functioning and isn’t being fixed right now. Numerous annoyances and unnecessary costs have resulted from this. I want it changed out as soon as possible.

    I was happy with my purchase, but I was unsure of how the installation would not work because the installer wanted a hose line that was six feet long rather than the standard five feet. To handle particular situations, the installation should additionally have a larger hose pipe.

    I was very satisfied with the thing I bought. The women who assisted me in my purchase managed to get me the products even cheaper than I had anticipated having to pay for them.

    I made a phone purchase for an air hood range. I specifically enquired as to whether the company included a blower motor and a remote because I’ve seen comparable range hoods that sell these parts separately. I went ahead and bought the hood because the company informed me that it came with the blower and remote. I was unhappy, though, when the delivery arrived and did not include the blower or remote as had been promised.

    I addressed the problem by getting in touch with customer service right away. They promised to send the remote and admitted their error, but they told me I would need to buy the blower separately. The blower is no longer made, which shocked the sales staff. I am now having trouble receiving an answer from customer service on this issue.

    I’m trying to return the item since I paid more than $1500 for a thing that I can’t use and that I find intolerable. I am unhappy with the firm now because of this experience, and I would strongly warn others to stay away from them.

    Our interaction with Adam was amazing. There was nothing to worry about because Adam offered us three options to consider including cost, delivery, and tax. Well-stocked and immaculate, the store was. We were quite pleased with the level of detail and the seamless delivery process. We were happy overall. All we would alter is that it was uncomfortable for us to have to put our credit cards in the file since that was what they wanted.

    Michael Yang serves as the CAS Representative. He was helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Our renovations also took longer than expected, but Michael and CAS delivery were very understanding and postponed our house delivery on a few occasions. Furthermore, the delivery staff that CAS uses is excellent; they are very welcoming and cautious with our equipment.

    They said it would take three days for the online order and delivery. After pressing for it to arrive on time, they assured me they would have it when I called the day before delivery and was told it would take an additional four days. When I contacted to check on my availability the day before delivery, I was informed that the item was in the warehouse. The delivery of the item to the London store would occur after four days. I spent a whole week not cooking after I canceled my order. A frustrating experience. On the same day, in the Tepperman store. After ten minutes, I went to pick up the model that I had found in stock.

    The order was dispatched promptly. I managed to retrieve it from the site. One issue arose: instead of the business calling to let me know the truck was there, I had to get in touch with them to find out if it arrived on schedule. It was in the afternoon. At the shop, I was informed that I would receive a phone call. The agent claimed that if I contacted the number, I would be lying by saying that I would get a message. For what reason would I lie?

    Although the salesman was quite amiable, he or she was overly intent on closing deals and didn’t make information clear. The moving crew was amiable and careful, and the package arrived on schedule. The installer that CAS had recommended did not show up within the allotted five hours. After spending over $250.00, we were forced to handle it ourselves. I’m hopeful my plea to get the money back was granted.

    It was on this very day when the refrigerator’s price dropped that I bought one. My representative had not yet delivered, so I called him to make sure he could match the pricing. Sadly, he neglected to take the requested action within the allotted time. A few days ago, I fought with CS. Finally, in honoring that price match, CS made the right decision. Dealing with CAS will undoubtedly occur, but this time it will be with a different rep or branch.

    We corresponded by email. Our order was placed with a deadline of three or four weeks. There was the trim kit available. I was instructed that the second item would require 8 to 10 weeks after picking up the trim kit from a nearby store. Though I emailed multiple times, it was difficult to get a response or even to continue the conversation. I was unimpressed with my second purchase from the same vendor.

    The buying procedure went incredibly well. The personnel was polite. Installing the purchased dryer using a flexible conduit would be convenient for us. It would not be conceivable if we did not have the required element in our home, and we have already paid for the installation. The product delivery personnel was hesitant to install it and failed to connect the water exit to the steam. However, they walk us through the process.

    When we attempted to contact the number to locate an institution, a salesman from Calgary answered the phone because it was after hours. He was excellent! He was able to respond to all of our inquiries and gave us his word that the appliances would be supplied on the scheduled day. We have previously used equipment from this firm. Working with them has always been an absolute pleasure.

    My buying experience with the shipping was excellent. My salesperson, Aarushi Nigam, was very knowledgeable and able to respond to any inquiry in a nice manner. The delivery crew arrived on time, installed, and cleaned the area promptly.

    They sold me a Bosch dishwasher and a Samsung front-loading washer. They proposed to me a W3 warranty for each of the appliances. If W3 does not want to, they do not follow the conditions of the Warranty. In May of this year, they unilaterally terminated my warranties due to an issue with my front loader. Until they were reintroduced in February 2020, it took me several months. When my warranty was terminated and then renewed, they refused to extend it.
