“We attempted to switch to a different source for more than a year, but we never received a response. Signing forms without reading them was what they wanted us to do. We started to investigate alternative companies because this was frustrating us. Jennifer and I discussed the circumstances. I wanted to look at the item and hear her opinion, so I asked if it would be okay. She would gladly look at it and agreed to take it to her.
She gave me a call a week later to talk about her feelings. She also made some really good recommendations. We choose to have our trust reestablished with her. She was astounding. For us to understand, she gave us a straightforward explanation of everything.
As far as trust goes, Jennifer is an authority! Now that we have this newfound trust, we can trust and feel safe. We appreciate that there is no cost to us in the event of inquiries. For the comfort of mind, the cost was justifiable.”

The estate planning services provided by Clark Allison have been long used by my in-laws. Knowledgeable, accommodating, and thorough is how Clark Allison excels. He charges fair prices. Never trust a lawyer with this kind of planning. Any money you have previously “saved” will be used to clean up the mess if the family member passes away if it is not done appropriately, which will cause the plan to fail.
It was an extremely difficult position that no one could have been happy with, yet you had to deal with the attorney and were dissatisfied with the approach used.
