The number of negative interactions with Currys is just too high. If a consumer complains, Currys disregards them. That’s why I’m never going to purchase from them. I’ll spend more money elsewhere so I won’t have to go through Currys, even though the budget isn’t excellent.
The forklift driver caused damage to the washing machine. It wasn’t made public until the van’s previous model was present, at which point it was approved. However, the integrity of the machine was compromised, leading to months of back and forth between Currys and Hoover. A new device has been sent; hopefully, this is the last chapter in the tale.
The man who made the delivery was awful. Because of this, we wouldn’t utilize them again. impolite, inconsiderate, and menacing or intimidating. I had an AO the same day that I called * customer service (and waited for a time to talk to someone). They couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating; they were completely different. Instead, I ought to have spent the extra to acquire my new refrigerator.
There is insufficient communication. Curry neglected to let me know when I could expect the delivery of my cooker hood. It said on my account that everything had been canceled. I became anxious. That’s when it arrived at my door. The dog received zero acknowledgment. I too wish I had more time to spend with my puppy! I’m not going to use the same provider once more. All of this is done to save a few dollars. Working with a company that keeps its clients informed is something I prefer.
I spent PS600 on a Kenwood fridge freezer seventeen months ago. Today the appliance stopped working. Anyone rationally would expect the goods at this expense to last longer than 17 months without obtaining an extended warranty. My own experience is that this week’s repairs cost PS179. If you cannot ensure the longevity of your product, then you have learned your lesson. Never purchase Kenwood. Purchase nothing from Currys.
My brand-new cooker arrived, but it wasn’t functional. Both times I called the tech staff, they said they “closed in 8 minutes” and would not answer. The engineer’s arrival time, which is expected in two weeks, was “provisionally” provided by Southerly. An engineer does not currently have a cooker!
Delivering in the worst way ever! You wouldn’t be able to predict when delivery will occur, just like with Royal Mail in the 1990s. You can’t see how many stops you have to make before delivering. These days, a four-hour delivery window is a complete farce. Picking up your refrigerator on a weekday—or even on the weekend—requires giving up a full day of work! If you select a Saturday for the delivery day, you can’t be certain and could have to wait.
Over the past two years, I have made several purchases at Currys. Along with cell phones and white appliances, it also contains TVs, stoves, and cookers. Your staff’s customer service isn’t very good. After a purchase is completed, they make a lot of promises but never follow through. according to my own experience.
Although I had a good in-store experience at Curry’s, the delivery experience left a lot to be desired. To our dismay, the appliance was damaged during the initial delivery by the drivers. We were forced to replace the damaged item as a result. The drivers promised us they would report the damage, but that never happened even when my wife pointed out the damage, which they had neglected to verify at first.
Furthermore, even after my wife showed them the receipt showing we had paid for the installation service, the drivers refused to install the new appliance. It seemed like a comedy of mistakes, the whole thing. Even worse, we had to have the replacement appliance delivered by a different team and show them the receipt each time to guarantee the correct installation.
We were disappointed with the shipping experience overall and the multiple problems we ran into along the process left us feeling irritated and unsatisfied with the service as a whole.
Apple TV can be ordered online and picked up in-store. They then carried it inside. They could then cover it with a collection label, but there would be no way to take it off without breaking the box or making the package sticky. It’s not the ideal option for a gift.
