    As a 77-year-old, I was a little worried. I recently had a positive COVID test and needed panadol, therefore I paid PS8.99 for next-day delivery. Five days later, it still hasn’t arrived. It was not next-day delivery, and your request for a postage rebate or an explanation of why I had to pay the full cost for delivery was a sign of poor customer service. The delivery’s tracking number was given to me several times. My emails are no longer being answered. At all costs, steer clear of unreliable companies.

    My order took almost a whole month to finish. Sometimes it’s not flawless. Nevertheless, despite having the same information as me while logged in, the customer support response was slow and unresponsive. They had not yet been delivered; they were still in dispatch.

    This website is a fraud. They take your money, don’t send your order, then pretend to refund you and give you a fake reference number that doesn’t mean anything in an attempt to con you. Report them to ACTION FRAUD, Pharmacy Regulation (https://www.pharmacyregulation.org), the Care Quality Commission, and the BMA (British Medical Authority) if you have purchased anything from them and have not received your order. This unscrupulous and fraudulent company is currently the subject of an investigation and file. Additionally, submit a chargeback claim right away to your bank.

    Your order can be delivered quickly with just one phone call. I heartily recommend this store. Great service and friendly staff; they periodically provide updates by phone or email. Even when some of our items were out of stock, we were notified. They work well together and have a strong sense of urgency. I appreciate the everyday chemical professional, thank you! We appreciate your assistance, especially during this pandemic. We must continue to battle!

    Refrain from it at all costs. Products not received. No refund was issued! I placed an order on March 31, 2023, and it was immediately changed to dispatched. When I contacted on April 12th, I was informed that the product was sold out. I have not received the reimbursement after 5 emails, 4 calls, and 3 weeks. They have no plans to give a refund. To save a few pounds, it truly isn’t worth using this company, so please don’t.

    Inquiring about the reimbursement they would issue for a defective medication that was returned and accepted by them, I emailed them more than two years after they made their initial promise. Not refunded as of yet. close to two years. Yeah, and they either never answer the calls or always do. It is small claims court.

    Avoid purchasing from these lone gunmen. I was notified via email that my prescription would be examined after I bought medication ten days ago. An unusual American man I spoke with over the phone on Monday informed me that I should have received an email requesting that I complete the form and attach a photocopy of my identification. It was not like that. When I called again two days later, an American told me someone would get in touch with me that afternoon, but I still hadn’t heard anything. I’ve not heard from anyone. Is this a reputable company? Every general council in the pharmaceutical industry will receive a report from me.

    Kindly submit an order claiming that it was dispatched, but it hasn’t arrived, and after a year, nobody has received it. After I pointed it out to them, they gave it to me again for free and requested me to let them know whether my first order arrived. It took 2.5 months for my package to arrive. As a result, don’t hurry.

    I’ve spent the last three hours browsing the internet, but I haven’t come across any articles as interesting as yours. I find it to be attractive and worthy enough. I think the internet would be lot more useful than it is now if all bloggers and website owners created stuff as well as you did.

    I regret not reading the reviews before making my purchase. I ordered some other things in addition to phenacetine. After a few days, I received an email informing me that the product mentioned above was not available (despite being shown as such on their website) and asking if I would rather have the other things or receive a complete refund. It should have been made ten days ago, but I decided to request a refund. I sent an email to the company, and I quickly got a response stating they would look into the matter. They haven’t, however, yet provided a refund. If I don’t receive it in a few days, I’ll get in touch with my bank and Action Fraud.

    They promised to execute my refund after they canceled my purchase for semaglutide pens in April 2023 after I had paid for them. Even though my order status indicates refunded, a month later, no refund has been issued. I then gave my bank a call and processed a refund while providing all supporting documentation. When the reimbursement was contested by Daily Chemist a month later, they claimed it had been processed and sent. To this day, they have persisted in contesting the completed return. I went so far as to send Daily Chemist an email requesting an explanation of their ignoble behavior. In an effort to put an end to this fraudulent company, I’m thinking of taking this matter public.

    I made a second attempt to place an order, but their website wouldn’t let me. I thus emailed their customer support several times a week to request assistance, but I never heard back. Because of this, I was compelled to move companies, which brought with it all the complications. My previous order arrived in the mail, even though I was initially charged twice, but I didn’t object to the charge. The question is, however, how confident can the people posing as my suppliers be in them if they continue to overcharge me on future orders and have a track record of not returning emails?

    I placed an order for a Semaglutide pen, but two weeks later I was informed that I would first need to pay more than £200 for tablets from them to receive a pen. I paid for the tablets, and they did nothing at all. After finishing the tablet course, I bought a pen, but two weeks later I was informed that these were only available to NHS patients. Stated differently, they are a fraud; avoid them as they do not possess the Semaglutide pens.

    Ordering and making payment are simple processes. Delivery is prompt. An aspect that might be enhanced would be the mean duration taken to get your order and the time it takes for your delivery to be delivered. I know how to use my credit cards, and I have the information for them.

    After I placed an order, they canceled it two weeks later. They added that a refund would be given, but it might take five to ten days to receive the money. I have not gotten my reimbursement, and despite my many attempts to get in touch with you, I have not heard back. I have lost three hundred fifty dollars. A complete scam! Buy nothing from this website.

    Inadequate and, to be honest, deceitful service.

    I placed an order with Daily Chemist on June 26 and the following day £192.33 was taken out of my account.

    I emailed them today because I haven’t received the item for over three weeks (!! ), but I received a response saying that my order has been canceled. I didn’t get a call telling me that my refund had been processed until I sent another email requesting one.

    This is disgusting behavior from DAILY CHEMIST:

    1. that they failed to notify me that my purchase would not be honored; 2. that they took my not insignificant amount of money despite my understanding that processing would take a few days; 3. that they did not reimburse me until I followed up with them.

    In summary, unethical and blatantly subpar service.

    It seems that my experience is not exceptional.

    Furthermore, granting them the benefit of the doubt, they had the opportunity to apologize and reassure me that I would receive my money back right away when they replied to my inquiry by telling me that my transaction had been canceled. Rather than a refund, they offered a 10% discount coupon good for the next purchase from them.

    If I hadn’t noticed that they had previously taken out about £200 from my account THREE WEEKS prior, I doubt they would have given it back to me without any further requests. :-((
