    I used to be able to carry my wheelchair-using son between the facilities since he would go to games once a week for things, but now it’s all Sports Direct. He will no longer go there because of that! Wheelchair or stroller accessibility is lacking.

    Regretfully, I have to say that the products I bought are now three days behind schedule. Customers who placed preorders are not contacted by the game to let them know about any updates, and it doesn’t seem like they care about this. This is concerning because I placed an order for PS680.

    Delivery of next-day preorders will be implemented the day before the game’s launch. Alternatively, two-day DPD shipping is used. Due to this, the package arrived three days after it was supposed to.

    My requested game was nowhere to be found in the shop. I was unable to get in touch with the shop directly. I was saying that the store employee was trying to be as kind as she could be. Afterwards, I’ll utilize Steam! All in all, it was a letdown.

    I was recently frustrated by an issue I had with my order. Sadly, my first encounter with a worker named Dave simply made me more frustrated because it looked like he wasn’t interested in helping me solve my problem.

    But when a different employee named Devon got in touch with me via email, my customer experience took a turn for the better. Devon provided excellent customer service in addition to immediately addressing my problems. He responded quickly and handled my issue with the highest decency and consideration—exactly what one would hope for from a paying customer. Devon’s manner was a sharp contrast to my first interaction with Dave and reinforced the value of efficient and client-focused service.

    While the staff at the Wigan store was pleasant, I still think it’s unfortunate that Game shares a facility with Sports Direct because it’s completely absurd. Moreover, the prices at the Wigan store were exorbitant. When my trade-in was all done, I went to Cex and got the game I wanted for less money.

    The service I received from Game Zone Ltd. was really poor. I contacted them via Facebook, which is one of their listed contact channels because their website did not provide comprehensive information regarding the computer specifications. Regretfully, they took two weeks to get back to us. When they did, it was merely a copy and paste of what was already on their website, not answering any of my specific questions.

    It was also said that the computer I bought was ready to use right out of the box, however the operating system wasn’t installed. I was compelled to contact their customer service as a result of my attempts to connect with them via other methods. The stated next-day delivery was not met—it took three days for the item to even get to the courier—even though they eventually supplied a replacement SSD with the required software.

    In light of the subpar components and the generally disappointing customer service encounter, I would strongly recommend that folks look into other possibilities before investing with Game Zone Ltd.

    The manager, a big man, was identified as the employee who keeps asking for promotions and extras too often, I think. Being in sales, I understand the importance of this. Even still, the client keeps trying to promote a very unprofessional service when they keep saying they are delighted with what they are getting. I should also mention that my interactions with the employees at the store have been positive, especially with the lady in charge of the gaming section.

    Customer service is excellent. But Evri is completely useless, and the mailing cost was PS4.99, almost 40% higher than Evri’s. They were largely mute and said nothing about delivery remotely, such as what transpired throughout the period over their scheduled delivery time. The package was full of dents and scrapes when it finally came; it wasn’t in good enough condition to be there. I’m not sure if that’s Game’s problem or Evri’s, but this post makes it clear that Game is the one that selects the delivery method.

    The night before BOTW Tears of the Kingdom’s release, I placed my preorder. I then chose the expensive delivery option of delivery the next day, before noon. It wasn’t until this morning that the game arrived. It is difficult to see how tgey could charge more for delivery services to clients who miss the payment deadline. I’ll continue using CEX in addition to Amazon.

    I requested a deposit in writing. I went to the store and discovered my purchase on the shelf after not hearing from the company that my order had arrived.     Avoid making any purchases from this company. I was compelled to exchange the keyboard I bought from BackMarket. They are a full scam, saying the item hasn’t been returned, refusing to give me a refund, and not answering my emails.

    “This buy proved to be rather profitable. Very shortly before Christmas, it was bought. The delivery was made on Christmas Eve, even though Gamezone had promised it would arrive in January.

    My daughter was thrilled to see this. She loves to play online games, and Kit looks fantastic. Given Kit’s excellent pricing in comparison to other suppliers, I can heartily recommend it.”
