Working with this company is a terrific opportunity. Kanesha went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a greater companion to help us through a trying time in our lives. Kanesha is well-mannered and successful in her field. Kanesha treats us with compassion. She helped my husband and me organize our finances for a long amount of time. I’ve advised everyone I know in need of assistance to get in touch with Kanesha at Helbing Law Group.

A horrible business! Inadequate portal updates, inadequate follow-up, and inadequate communication! This business is absurd! We paid our monthly bill, but no updates or attempts to settle our debts have been received in the last six months! We intend to buy the home of our dreams, and Helbing is not supporting us! We have paid this firm more than $, but there has been no improvement. Don’t spend time, please!

This company is dishonest, a fraud that is not trustworthy, and it steals money from customers. They are expert at misleading and lying to their clientele. I would advise others against using this company. By utilizing them to pay the remaining $11,000.00, I made a mistake. They could account for more than $1,000, but I lent them about $6,000.00 in payments because the process was not handled effectively. You should pay off your bills on your own, in my opinion. What they did is something you can do too. Simply get in touch with the debtor personally, let them know that they don’t have the entire amount due, and then propose to pay them thirty percent of what you owe. Trust me when I say that they’ll accept anything over nothing. On the other hand, you can fulfill your financial commitments without having to pay thieves and criminals.

Having a conversation with Robert was one of the nicest things I’ve ever done. We went over some details on my account that we hadn’t talked about before! All of my concerns were handled in a very competent manner. It was a fantastic experience! It’s a horrible company, but the one good thing that has happened to me was a conversation I had with one of the representatives. Never deal with this firm again.

The business says it will endeavor to settle the sum in the area of forty percent and help those in need. They will speak with each creditor to let them know that they have decided to take a 40–45% share. Additionally, they claim that there is still money owed for the thousands of settlements and payments. One creditor, for instance, was worth about $8,000. They claim to have settled it for 45% and then informed me that I must pay an extra $4,500 in one lump payment, which is greater than the amount I owe them! How is that possible? Is the Helbing Law Group only a hoax, or are they legitimate settlement attorneys?

During my credit card bankruptcy, I would like to express my gratitude to every one of the office staff for their outstanding work. I could go on and on about Juan and Jovanna. A raise in compensation is something that each of you deserves to receive! For individuals in my credit card debt, I would suggest Helbing. The two years I spent paying off my debt were more than worthwhile. Once more, thank you!

That was a horrible experience from the start, correct? My savings from paying my responsibilities was just about $1000 because of their expenses and the time it took to settle my accounts. Instead, I would have avoided Helbing at the beginning. There was a gentleman who was so kind and understanding that I even acknowledged that things weren’t being done right. Customer service staff have never been excellent—I’ll repeat that. Tell me his name, please. Since I can’t imagine an honest worker for Helbing for very long without their conscience bothering them, I’m guessing he’s gone. I’m starting to feel wiggle room even though I finally have the money to settle my debt. I ask how much money is left over to pay, and no one answers. I am in conversation with the accounting department; however, they do not accept calls, and I may not receive a written response to my inquiry for three to five working days. How strangely sluggish is this? I called an amazing debt consolidation organization and, after a few minutes, the debt was created; I was honored to have had a similar experience. It was quite challenging to handle Helbing. If I were you, I wouldn’t approach it.

How the business can have a five-star rating is beyond me. They’ve had me since 2019, and in that time, I’ve been able to pay off my outstanding bills. On my credit cards, they have hardly ever made a payment. I had made over $16,000.00 when my program ended, and the only thing left out of my account was one fee. They had just called to ask if I wanted to be charged for withdrawals, and all I had to do to get my money back was say no. I can’t seem to get my debt paid off since I’m in a depressive condition and furious about everything.

I’m not sure what is going on with my case, and I haven’t heard from anyone to let me know. When I contacted, no information about my case or any specifics about the deceased were provided.
