Although it was listed as in stock on the website when I placed my order, it did not ship for five business days. When I contacted, I was informed that there would be a six-week wait for shipping. The website was incorrect, therefore I had to place an order somewhere else to save myself a week of losses.
My reason for purchasing stamps and marking supplies from Hitt is Ray’s assistance. While logos may share similarities, Hitt stamps are essentially distinct. You’ll make an impact that lasts forever.
It is superior to none. Ray, I appreciate all of your wonderful counsel and help. There isn’t a better store to purchase marking supplies and stamps.
Sub-par products, even worse customer service. Two thumbs down!
The stamp itself is of excellent quality, as is the design I bought! It suits me well. More transparency on the projected turnaround time and the very expensive shipping cost is the only improvement I would recommend making to the purchase process. Even though I frequently ship my things using UPS, I’m aware of how pricey it is, therefore I doubt that sending a small stamp would cost more than $20.
Previous orders for the disability stencil have been placed by our church’s small group, who had a certain budget for the purchase. I placed two different orders, and I was charged for shipping each time. The same box that held the two orders was delivered. It was not possible to deliver the initial order. The second purchase’s $16.95 price was reimbursed.

A two-line Contact pricing pistol was what I bought. The one with letters on the first line in the photographs is the one I went with. But when it arrived, it was just numbers, no notes. Fantastic service for a fair price. We had a specific style in mind for the embossing plates. When it was delivered, it wasn’t what it should have been. The item was given a free remake. The replacement wasn’t quite accurate, though. It might have happened because of an architectural constraint that prevented them from building it exactly how we wanted.
Because I had such great service with my initial transaction, I utilized this company twice to buy bespoke stencils. The story of how I came across Hitt Marketing is beyond me, but I’m glad I did! The product quality and customer service have both been outstanding! I got an old PVC card punched out with a “void” punch stamp. My second office now has one for me because it’s sturdy and has held up well!
The goods themselves arrived on time. My issue arose when I tried to operate the embosser. I’m too small to operate the embosser hard enough to push the paper. In addition to my hubby, I am unable to use it when he is not around. Not too much work should be required for it to be inaccessible. customized product, however, you’ll be squandering more than $30.

I would have appreciated Hitt’s professional judgment on the dimensions of the stamp I made and bought online. You don’t realize it unless you see it from the perspective of a consumer. Although the symbol is amazing, it would be more user-friendly in the real world if it had an even larger print size and more space between the lines. In addition, I designed it and selected the size; however, a bigger size would have been preferable.
Fast delivery and first-rate customer support. The only problem I had was that UPS was the only shipping option available to me. Even though I’m a small customer, the shipping cost was more than the item because I’m in Australia, and it’s not ideal that there isn’t a cheaper delivery choice or self-pickup shipping. For my next orders, I’ll seek out an Australian source because the freight charges were significant.
My fingerprints aren’t very distinctive, so they were a little spotty. To become an Enrollment Agent Universal for Idemia, I required assistance locating a device to enhance my fingerprint. The TSA-approved Enhancer Pad I purchased for one finger has significantly sped up the processing of my TSA Precheck, Hazard, and TWIC registrations. I’m grateful.
Although stamps may appear similar, Hitt’s symbols are significantly more superior. Make a lasting impression at all times. But Ray’s superior services are the main reason I purchase my stamps and marking supplies from Hitt. Nothing compares to it. Ray, thank you I appreciate all of your valuable advice and help. There isn’t a better place to purchase stamping and marking equipment.
