    I simply wanted to tell how great the Christmas 25 Days Advent Calendar is that I was given it. As a 24-year-old beauty therapist, I enjoy trying out new things that you might not normally attempt. So far, the product selection is amazing and contains beautiful high-end items. I can’t say enough good things about it. When it comes to the consequences, I’m quite picky. I get excited every single day. I’m looking forward to the event even more next year! The people who assembled these calendars deserve recognition!

    My reimbursement was never sent to me. When I placed my order on November 20, I got an email saying the product wasn’t available. On December 5, the order was canceled. For my reimbursement, I sent an email to customer service on December 13. My second horrible customer experience is that I have not heard back or received a refund.

    The referral program is complicated and ambiguous. I was not going to receive the 25% off that I had assumed I would on my first purchase. Not included were the products I selected. It isn’t fun because I’m a new customer.

    Thomas Roth Eye Gel was a horrible experience for me. Their customer service was abominable, and the cover twisted off, preventing the package from being sealed. I was only given a 10% refund when I attempted to fix the problem. I gave a copy of the return receipt, but I still haven’t received my refund after having to pay for the return of the merchandise. Furthermore, I had missing things from a bundle, and the corporation attempted to shift the blame rather than accept accountability to the delivery service. This company is awful, so stay away from it at all costs.

    I have yet to receive my refund for an item that cost more than PS211. I’m not happy. To get information regarding the form, I had to email the person at least six times. I was working alone when I noticed the package in my yard. Not even the neighbor or an onlooker could match it. It was stated multiple times in correspondence that packages should not be left in this risky location. I am suddenly broke, without money, and a package. It is currently awaiting their response, which might take some time. Are you unable to purchase anything from them? For someone who was older and less tech-savvy, it was a horrible customer experience. Both the customer service and the staff were terrible!

    Not a single occurrence involved any delivery-related problems. They dispatch in a flash. a great and large assortment. best available rates. Regretfully, only residents of the UK are eligible for the majority of daily promotions. Nowhere in Europe or elsewhere does this apply. Still, it’s a great price!

    I get tired of clickbait emails. I go to the website to shop for my items after seeing an advertisement for a discount, but the items I have chosen are not eligible for the discount. The idea of clickbait makes sense to me, but I’m starting to lose faith and trust in it! Something is not happening to me. Take Douglas, for example.

    It was scheduled to arrive on or around March 18th. The package has not been received, according to Royal Post, their courier.

    The chat representative refused to send my box with expedited shipping since I hadn’t paid for it, even though it had been more than three weeks since my order was supposed to arrive.

    They promised me my shipment three weeks ago, but they still haven’t sent it to the post carrier. Nevertheless, they won’t charge me more to receive it sooner.

    Three weeks pass and the package is still not received.

    Very poor service. The order was supposed to arrive the following day, but when I went to their chat system, I was informed that one item had not been delivered, despite having gotten two emails in the prior few days saying that shipping had been delayed without reason. After speaking with customer support, I learned that the item will not be dispatched until the end of December as they wait for it to come into stock. When I placed my order, I wasn’t told that it was in stock, and I ought to have been told about the poor service and given a refund.

    Customers had an outstanding experience all around. They replaced the item for me after accommodating my issue with a damaged one. I was a little disheartened by the time I got to this point, even though the replacement was destroyed. Furthermore, there’s a considerable delay in responding to chat assistance, and the first problems took many days to resolve. Not all problems are like this. A phone number instead of a chat window could be more useful for resolving product issues. Great customer service all around.

    LF has a UNCLEAR RETURN policy, even if the deals and variety are usually completely satisfactory. It’s necessary that you visit the national website. That being said, you will have to pay for the return, which can be based overseas. Purchasing anything in one nation and sending it, without prior explanation, to another is not reasonable nor proper.

    Poor client support. Orders are going missing, and Kayleigh assured me I would get my money back for an item she took and damaged in transportation. It is ridiculous that she offered me the goodwill equivalent of a PS5! My problem is taken on by someone else, who apologizes for giving you the order. We’ll pay back the shipping expenses you incurred. I paid for delivery the next day for the full year, so shipping was free! When my purchase didn’t arrive, Kayleigh told me it was damaged. The next day, I found out the order was being shipped to someone else who hadn’t seen the messages or the narrative!

    How awful this customer service is astounds me. It’s unbelievable that you receive responses from different persons regularly, even if it’s impossible to follow up on unfulfilled orders or complaints!

    I’ve been in touch with you regarding my purchase a few times. Three things were shipped, but they were never delivered. The forms about the products are not available for download. You have to deliver the things included in this order or make an exchange. I am tired and I am sick.

    Along with deals that have ticking timers, the merchant provides enticing discounts. They disappear and you wind up paying more for the things if you don’t finish your buy. While I’ve made a lot of purchases there in the past, I don’t have any immediate plans to make more.

    A few of the priciest things that were ordered had damage, and the damage was not stopped by using the proper packaging. The problem was that they were immobile. Even though they gave them themselves, they belonged to a set! They have a long and complicated mechanism for informing them. In addition, I created a promotion that was not carried out as promised. Not happy, that is! I’m currently waiting a long time for the issue to be resolved.

    The amount of disappointment I feel over my recent experience is beyond words. Because I had an important occasion to attend, I was excitedly awaiting the delivery of my item. But when I opened the tube, there was nothing inside! I felt let down and it was so depressing.

    I filed a complaint right away, accompanied by photos, to show that the shipment was empty out of irritation. Regretfully, I have yet to hear back from anyone. I hope that something can be done to address this issue, even though I appreciate that problems can arise, possibly even at the manufacturing.

    Great services are provided by LookFantastic. But, if they employ the most dubious courier on the planet, they won’t have the opportunity to select them. It doesn’t cost anything to utilize Evri, but they’re terrible, and I avoid any company that does. As the Live Chat person Akeel just told me, LookFantastic ultimately prevents me from selecting my courier and from having a customer review or complaints system. I’m never going to utilize the firm’s procedure for complaints. Really, what’s the best method to address their concerns with them?

    Although I can’t remember when I ordered it, this Olaplex hair wash was wonderful. The delivery happened quickly. I’m not sure exactly what I did to register for monthly product packages from multiple brands. Though I’m sure it’s a fantastic deal and it’s wonderful to be an unexpected gift, I’m not sure what I’ll need from the things. Olaplex was only given to me as a member. On the other hand, I’ve purchased a lot more unusual items at amazing pricing.

    Although it looks fantastic, the customer service is terrible. Two weeks after I placed my order on November 23, nothing arrived. They promised to return and replace it, and they monitored my order. I ordered five things, but I only got two! After almost a month, I still haven’t received a refund, and am attempting to resolve this issue. Every time, the complaint has to be initiated from scratch!

    The company’s “Irish” website is where I placed my order. Not an Irish website, that’s for sure. I had a peek at their fine print. What happens if they don’t belong on the register but are initially from the UK? Do customs fees apply to orders? I discovered that the business had to cancel three things the consumer had ordered because of restrictions, even though this was not mentioned to them throughout the order or registration process. Claimantly, the firm says it ships its customers’ purchases to Ireland after receiving their orders. Did you realize that businesses were required to give the information prior to a client making a purchase, and that this was eliminated last year? It seems that the message was lost on “Look Fantastic”. They still haven’t completed processing every order even a week later. Orders from China appear to be coming in faster.

    I wouldn’t say that I approve of the price for pensioners who are widowed and trying to raise a child who is exposed to these goods and begs you to buy them for her. It is hard to say no to. When working in the chemical sector in the past, plastic bottles weren’t that expensive, and I’m very sure the product is produced in huge amounts, therefore its high production costs shouldn’t be the result of lab testing and manufacturing.

    Poor client support! A month ago, I spent a lot of money on sunscreen. I didn’t know it smelled odd until lately, and when I did, I discovered the sunscreen was over its expiration date. They keep saying they can’t tell the expiration date even though it’s obvious on the bottle’s bottom (I was able to give them an image of it). Expiration Date 04/22 is stated quite plainly. They accomplish it in this manner! They provide a straightforward apologies and start an investigation, but nothing is spoken. If we mail you a new one that hasn’t expired, we’ll refund the money right away the following day. Nothing extra. Simply said, “investigation” is their key word. They are posing stupid queries, the answers to which are known. I’m attempting to understand this in relation to the SERVICE system. I am going to spend over 150 euros. They are unable, yet, to maintain happy clients. They really like months-long investigations! Additionally, in the event that the number is unavailable and you are unable to reach them. If you check other reviews, you’ll realize that I’m not the only one, so be cautious while making purchases on this website.
