From its 1994 inception as Home Farm Foods, the company’s goal has been to provide healthy, convenient, and tasty frozen meals. Although they have grown considerably from their humble beginnings in Wiltshire 25 years ago, their fundamental principle of making your life simpler at mealtimes has not changed.

    “I regularly get meals and desserts from Oak Farm, but I haven’t in a long, so I forgot how delicious they are until I received this order. I just had the most delicious butter curry chicken. How tasty they are, I forgot. I had the most delicious baked chicken filling.
    For me, the future is an oak farm.

    To be honest, getting it from Oak Farm Foods would be less expensive when I added up the cost of purchasing the ingredients and cooking. The sweets are big and delicious 👍👍👍”

    An extensive assortment is easy to browse. Select the time you want your order delivered. The cuisine is delicious and is cooked quickly and easily. It’s a tad pricey because prices have gone up all over. a little difficult to decide whether or not to buy. You control when the delivery is made, and you receive text notifications when it is scheduled for delivery. All in all, excellent firm. The drivers are friendly, the food is tasty, and it is packed well.

    Ordering is easy, but things are frequently returned or unavailable. Many black plastic bottles must be thrown away because they can’t be recycled locally and are bad for the environment!

    The meal is of exceptional quality, and the service and delivery are also outstanding. One thing I hope they will do is provide more food items without lactose. Custards, for instance, can be made without lactose. Cheese-based sauces could be lactose-free.

    It tastes great; it closely resembles the recipe I made. I occasionally find things that I don’t like, but I never buy the same thing again. Don’t use too many preservers all the time. It can be challenging to navigate this website. Guidelines for navigating.

    Unlike microwave meals from the shop, the food is delicious. When they arrive at your house, they go into your freezer if you’re not as mobile. They also have a scoop of cream and apple pies! After using them for around two or three months, Oakhouse Foods is fantastic.

    Pure food makes a wonderful present because my spouse prepares elaborate, time-consuming dinners daily. He loves them so much that he no longer finds eating to be a chore because these delectable meals satisfy all of his needs. I sincerely appreciate everything.

    No one came when I requested delivery in the morning. I called the company multiple times and was always directed to leave a message. When I emailed them, I got a response claiming that they tried to have it sent in the afternoon but didn’t reply. I am unable to locate the location of the food since the card was not returned and no email was received. They then promised same-day shipping the following week. I gave it a one-star rating and said I wouldn’t use the company again since there is no communication or data regarding its location.

    I was not able to obtain the meals that are available for seven days this week. I placed my last, unfulfilled order. For it, I did not pay. I waited for your hotline to ring before I called. However, I severed the call. When I phoned the helpline you gave me again, I waited to speak with someone who understood that I was trying to place an order but was unable to pay for it. They said they would investigate and get back to me. But they had to wait till the following day to finish it.

    Having to deal with Oakhouse Foods was not good. My five pureed meals are supposed to arrive on Tuesday, November 28. When I opened the package that the driver had left, I saw that it contained only three meals. I called the Stockton branch right away, concerned, and they promised to locate the driver and gave me an update.

    But there hasn’t been any follow-up. I contacted Oakhouse Foods’ corporate office yesterday morning, frustrated by the lack of response, but regrettably, I have not heard back. I sent another message to the corporate office this morning expressing my worries again, but nothing has changed.

    To make matters worse, my bank has verified that the payment for each of the five dinners has been received. Since I can’t get the meals I need, this is a serious dilemma. I had to place an order with a rival to meet my urgent needs. I am dissatisfied and worried about the serious omission in customer service and how it may affect my well-being.
