About Pharmacy2U

The National Health Service (NHS) granted Pharmacy2U a pilot contract within two years of its launch in 1999 to test out the ‘electronic transmission’ of prescriptions from the NHS. Over 750,000 patients are served by them now, and they dispense more than 1.6 million products every month. The National Health Service (NHS) has compiled a timeline of their history together to commemorate our long-standing cooperation with the NHS.

Since I’ve started using Pharmacy2U, I’m usually happy with the services I get from the business. One problem I have is that it takes a very long time to speak with someone when you phone them. I have to go through a lot of button options, which drives up the cost of my phone. Nonetheless, I believe that most businesses these days operate in this way.

Given that DANIEL DAY PHARMACY owns the business, we may anticipate the same subpar customer service. This firm is owned by the same people as the company that claims it has no affiliation with any high street drugstore. Businesses will fail, so we must get our medications from another supplier. I’ve been attempting to utilize Facebook and email for the past six days. LIES ALL AROUND.

That worked out well. The package would be ideal if it could be packaged in a smaller size, however the box was too big for a letterbox. It might offer an amazing service, I’m convinced of that.

This might be a really good service! Calling the office is simple; I don’t even need to go to the pharmacy; I can place an order over the phone and then wait for the prescription to be delivered. We are rather happy with it.

This will be my final transaction with this firm. The bank was not able to receive the payout. When I tried to update my payment information, they took PS0.01 out of my account instead of paying the required amount. A few days later, I gave it another go. My drug was taken at a low dosage earlier. There were three days left for me. With just ten days left, I had already included it. There is a lengthy and short story. I tried updating my payment details once more but to no avail. We are currently on our fourth day without medicine. The withdrawal symptoms are so terrible that they could be compared to hell. I’ll stick with the high-street drugstore and won’t utilize the service again.

Occasionally, waiting to gain your doctor’s approval before making the required arrangements, packing, and shipping could cause you to receive your medication later than expected. Usually, they buy prescription drugs in bulk, which they then break into simple white boxes. When the labels on several medication boxes are too small for you to read and the boxes themselves all seem the same, things can get confusing. They will send you multiple reminders a month ahead of time to place your order. After that, there won’t be any reminders sent out the next month!

They gave me my prescription, but it’s not in my mailbox. Royal Mail does not track the delivery of the medication, which is made by regular mail. When I call, I get a message that ends up cutting me off and informing me that it is not feasible to take the call. I had to ask the doctor for an urgent prescription since Royal Mail is much worse. I am also responsible for paying for the medication myself.

My previous address, where I haven’t resided for almost four years, is where the prescription was mailed. When I requested a fresh prescription, they continued to be delivered to my place of residence as they always have. I searched online for the contact details so that I could forward this information to others, but I was unable to use it and I was unable to find anyone to contact. I had to seek an emergency prescription since I was out of medicine.

What a useful service this is. I didn’t have to visit the pharmacy three or four times after I made the arrangement and waited for my prescription to be ready for pickup. Instead, I had my medication delivered to my home. The delivery contained all the necessary medication, so I didn’t have to go back and get the right prescription. If everything goes according to plan soon, that will be of great help. I am grateful.
