In 2016, Power Meter City was established to provide cyclists with power meters, including components, accessories, and the expertise necessary to utilize them. Their mission is to provide riders with the most comprehensive knowledge and product selection possible. They are run by a group of cyclists who are passionate about bicycles and live and breathe the sport. There is just one topic that Power Meter City is concerned with, and that is power meters. They do not deal in any other components of the bike, clothing, nutrition, or any other things that may distract attention away from what they are most enthusiastic about.

I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the customer service. Anything you purchase from our company is yours to keep forever. No return policy: Because of the support, I offered this one. Before making a purchase, do your research.
I purchased the pair of power meters from Favero. After mounting them on my bike, I ventured outside to check the pedals. Receiving the pedals made me pleased. I set the adjustment to basic to clip out and charged them. My ankle was too weak to snip them out, though. I had to take off my shoes to take them off.
I took them out of the box and replaced them with the boxes.
It would be undesirable to have to return them. I recently spent over $700 on stuff that I was stuck with. I will never trade with you once more. I’ll buy the crank power meter from another supplier if I do. Selling the devices has cost me over $100. My mouth is still tasting harsh as a result of this. I’ve been attempting to save money for these for months. I’m not sure how things would have turned out for me if I could have used the pedals. You don’t.
I was quite clear about what I wanted to purchase, but the salesman (whose name escapes me) talked me through each of the three types of pedals they had available. I debated the pedal I was considering, but he then showed me an option for a “negative,” which convinced me to stick with my original choice. Very beneficial, st and hone, which I valued. Fast service: a few days from the west coast to the east coast. Fantastic!
Power Meter City is quite accommodating when it comes to inquiries. I questioned the product’s compatibility a lot before deciding to buy it. To determine whether my power meter’s crank arm had adequate clearance, I even sent over a picture of my crank. Write off responses that I received. Moreover, they ship quickly and effectively.
I was so amazed at how quickly my item was dispatched that I can’t remember when I placed it. Not too long after I placed my order, I received a personalized email. Though it was unexpected, I’m sure it came the next day. Shipping speed is, in fact, dependent on several factors. Notwithstanding, the mere prospect of getting an email from them inquiring if I wanted those crank arms fastened onto chainrings was a convenience I was certain I wouldn’t find in other parts retailers. I will make more purchases from them because they are above the others.
I purchased a Rotor Aldhu crankset, chainrings, a bottom bracket, and a Power2Max NG power meter. It was really easy to create my buy on the website as a whole package. To make sure I was getting everything I needed and that everything would work flawlessly together, I got in touch with support. This was verified by sales assistance. They got in touch with me again to confirm that I had given the chainring bolts. I could immediately put everything in my house after the products came. My power crankset, meter, and meter configuration are fun for me. Power Meter City is where I’m thinking of getting my next crankset for power meters. I appreciate your wonderful service and outstanding.
Amazing! My purchase of an SRM power meter was supported by first-rate customer service. Josh made sure I knew the following steps and followed up on the purchase. When I was putting my power meters, I ran into a few difficulties. Nevertheless, they were immediately fixed, and the ensuing issues were also quickly fixed. To fit my Litespeed gravel bicycle, I bought a 4iii PowerMeter GRX-880 crankarm (single-sided). Quick shipment (two weeks). Installation went quickly and easily. In comparison to my bike and trainer, accuracy is within acceptable bounds even though it is a single-leg. My Trek Road bike’s power meter indicates that I balance roughly 50/50 on the left and right sides. My main problem is that I have to either reestablish the paired connection, test it using an app on my phone, or set it away to calibrate another day when it occasionally doesn’t adjust via my Edge 1030. I’ve managed to get the calibration to be accurate. This gadget is not that old. I am therefore unable to evaluate battery longevity or long-term use reliability.
