REMEMBER NOT TO BE DUMM! Records can be mailed via normal mail from Florida to Sacramento, California. The one and only exception was my initial 7000.00 cheque. Ms. Hill gave me her cell phone information so I could call her as soon as I submitted the certified check via Fed-Ex for an overnight delivery. I accidentally dialed the number on my contacts list. I received advice not to repeat that error.

My mom was near death. I looked after her. I had two strokes. BK urged me not to bring up my personal issues in any future correspondence with Tax Tiger, stating that she was not interested in hearing about them.

I have not a shred of proof or evidence that they did anything than file tax returns. Not a single tempting fine or interest. They will ignore your personal circumstances as soon as they get your hard-earned money. I was completely destroyed by the firm’s representative. I will have to make long-term payments on a debt that I was forced to take out.

My IRS issues are now resolved. Finally, here’s to hoping—I think there are some unfair IRS tactics. You did, however, handle them as politely as you could have as my agent. I had thought that the California state issue would have a more favorable conclusion. You probably won’t get all good outcomes, though.

Before registering with Tax Tiger, I had spent almost fifteen years trying several (expensive) solutions to the IRS problem. My biggest hopes, based on my experience, were that TT would be able to bind the IRS and put a temporary stop to collection attempts. Two years later, I paid the IRS $12,272.00 to settle the debt, which exceeded $80,000 (it was probably my fault that it took this long).
