The reviewer had a bad experience with Friendly Diamonds after buying the platinum Joan Fashion Lab Diamond Pendant. Unboxing revealed scratches on the pendant and hook link, suggesting wear. The investigation found that the necklace chain was platinum, but the pendant and hook were silver-plated, causing scratching discoloration. The pendant’s little round diamond was also fake.
The consumer believed the vendor rejected their worries despite offering documentation, including two jeweler inspections. After two weeks of chat and email, the vendor denied wrongdoing and blamed the local jewelers’ testing equipment. The consumer was dissatisfied and doubted the seller’s honesty.
The necklace was a present for a significant occasion, thus the client was disappointed when it arrived over a month late. The consumer had to find alternatives without the necklace and return it for a refund.
Given these concerns, the client questioned Friendly Diamonds’ operations and advised other customers to be wary. They stressed the need to fully check products upon delivery and evaluate dangers.
